Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how StackHaul (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the StackHaul mobile game (the “Game”).
Information we collect
The Game does not require an account, and we do not ask you to provide a name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information to play.
The Game stores game preferences and high-score information locally on your device. This information is used to provide the Game and is not intended to identify you.
The Game includes third-party advertising and related measurement services. Depending on your device settings, region, and the advertising service selected, these providers may collect or receive information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device and operating-system information, advertising and ad-performance data, diagnostics, and interaction information. We do not control the independent privacy practices of those providers.
Advertising and tracking permission
Where required, the Game asks for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking. If you decline or restrict permission, you can still play the Game. Advertising providers may show non-personalized or limited ads and may process information as permitted by applicable law and their settings.
You can change tracking permission at any time in your iOS device Settings. Your choice does not affect core gameplay.
Third-party services
The Game may use advertising, mediation, security, and measurement services, including services supplied by Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads/AppMetrica, Vungle, and InMobi. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their current policies before use of the Game.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the Game, remember settings and scores, deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, diagnose problems, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support the Game, including advertising, analytics, security, hosting, and fraud-prevention providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Data retention and security
Local game settings remain on your device until you delete the Game or clear its data. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Game is not directed to children where personalized advertising or tracking is not permitted. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can address the request.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, or information about certain processing. To make a privacy request or ask a question, contact us at the email below. We may need information to verify your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Game, our services, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
